  • Owned web optimization across Lumin’s Next.js marketing and form-template platform, contributing roughly 180 merged PRs across the main platform and CMS repositories.
  • Hardened Strapi–Meilisearch synchronization after a production outage with safer lifecycle handling, incremental reindexing, bulk-update APIs, and CMS controls for Marketing-managed content.
  • Built cross-site analytics and observability with shared events, GTM integrations, advertising instrumentation, and Datadog visibility for upload and search-index failures.
  • Improved conversion and content workflows across upload flows, trial CTAs, locale routing, mobile download-first behavior, SEO audits, content imports, and redirect migrations.
  • Helped migrate the marketing experience into a consolidated Next.js frontend, implementing navigation, footer, and landing-page interfaces to Figma-level fidelity.

    I put tests around concrete risks such as concurrent updates, invalid input, or a slow dependency.

    Each milestone has something that can be run or reviewed before the next part expands the scope.

    Leave a usable handoff

    I record setup, environment variables, decisions, and known limits so the next change starts with context.
